Ultima luna llena del año. Una puerta que se abre, una página que se cierra, un respiro que invita a escuchar lo que el cuerpo aún quiere decir. Te invito a una clase de yoga suave, accesible para todos los niveles, para que el cuerpo se afloje como una cuerda que vuelve a su tono natural. Después, nos sumergiremos en un pequeño baño de sonido que expandirá el descanso y despejará la mente, dejando espacio para la claridad. Cerraremos el ciclo del año con un ritual de escritura guiada, una forma cálida de honrar lo vivido y soltar lo que ya no necesitas llevar. La sesión será en VibraHome, en la zona interior, pero a solo unos pasos del mar, sin perder la magia de ver cómo la luna asciende desde el horizonte marino. Una experiencia con luz suave, creada para que puedas volver a ti, respirar hondo y sentirte acompañada por el cielo, el cuerpo y el sonido.

By attending any VibraHome event, class, workshop, or retreat (“Event”), I agree to the following: 1. Health & Safety I confirm that I am in good physical, mental, and emotional health and able to participate in activities such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, ice baths, sound healing, and cacao ceremonies. I have disclosed any relevant health conditions (including heart problems, respiratory issues, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or injuries) to VibraHome in advance. I understand that these activities may involve physical exertion, breath retention, exposure to extreme temperatures, or emotional release, which carry risks including dizziness, fainting, hypothermia, muscle strain, or emotional distress. I will listen to my body, follow all facilitator instructions, and stop immediately if I feel unwell. 2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and at my own risk. I understand and accept the inherent risks involved, including potential injury, illness, or death. I release, discharge, and hold harmless VibraHome, its owners, staff, facilitators, volunteers, and partners from any liability, claims, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I accept full responsibility for my own health and safety during the Event and for any costs related to medical treatment in case of emergency. 3. Ice Bath & Breathwork Specifics I am aware that ice baths and certain breathwork techniques can cause intense physical and physiological responses, including but not limited to shivering, numbness, irregular heartbeat, hyperventilation, and loss of consciousness. I will enter and exit with care, follow all safety protocols, and immediately stop if I feel unsafe. 4. Personal Belongings I understand VibraHome is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, and I agree to keep valuables with me or leave them at home. 5. Photo & Video Consent I grant VibraHome full permission to photograph, record, and use my image, voice, or likeness from any Event for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without compensation. If I do not wish to be recorded, I will notify VibraHome in writing before the Event. 6. Acknowledgment I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. My participation indicates acceptance of all risks and consent to these conditions.
