Meditación en movimiento bajo una luz suave y acogedora, el sonido vibrante de los Gongs y cuencos envolviendo el espacio, un DJ creando una atmósfera mágica, y un picoteo saludable para nutrir el cuerpo. Una comunidad única reuniéndose en un lugar cálido, íntimo y lleno de buena vibra… Un encuentro donde el corazón se abre, la energía fluye y todo se siente justo en su sitio. ✨

By attending any VibraHome event, class, workshop, or retreat (“Event”), I agree to the following: 1. Health & Safety I confirm that I am in good physical, mental, and emotional health and able to participate in activities such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, ice baths, sound healing, and cacao ceremonies. I have disclosed any relevant health conditions (including heart problems, respiratory issues, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or injuries) to VibraHome in advance. I understand that these activities may involve physical exertion, breath retention, exposure to extreme temperatures, or emotional release, which carry risks including dizziness, fainting, hypothermia, muscle strain, or emotional distress. I will listen to my body, follow all facilitator instructions, and stop immediately if I feel unwell. 2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and at my own risk. I understand and accept the inherent risks involved, including potential injury, illness, or death. I release, discharge, and hold harmless VibraHome, its owners, staff, facilitators, volunteers, and partners from any liability, claims, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I accept full responsibility for my own health and safety during the Event and for any costs related to medical treatment in case of emergency. 3. Ice Bath & Breathwork Specifics I am aware that ice baths and certain breathwork techniques can cause intense physical and physiological responses, including but not limited to shivering, numbness, irregular heartbeat, hyperventilation, and loss of consciousness. I will enter and exit with care, follow all safety protocols, and immediately stop if I feel unsafe. 4. Personal Belongings I understand VibraHome is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, and I agree to keep valuables with me or leave them at home. 5. Photo & Video Consent I grant VibraHome full permission to photograph, record, and use my image, voice, or likeness from any Event for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without compensation. If I do not wish to be recorded, I will notify VibraHome in writing before the Event. 6. Acknowledgment I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. My participation indicates acceptance of all risks and consent to these conditions.
